Every site includes: full color picture of cover, author bio page, print-order form, guestbook, counter, and music (optional). (very optional, I haven't a clue how to do that)  Authors need to provide two to four review quotes, book blurb, ordering information, book cover, and author photo.
Design: $250
Annual Hosting: $100 (paid in advance); $55 every six months
